Teacher Training/Student Developement Program

My intention with this teacher/student training is to share everything that is important to me in the practice, study, teaching and lifestyle of yoga.

This training will be a reflection of my style and my Strength & Soul classes. If you are unfamiliar with me and how I teach I encourage you to attend some classes with me or to preview one of my dvds to ensure this training is a fit for you and your expectations.
