Kim inspires you to be strong mentally and physically.

Kim leads you through postures linked by variations of sun salutations emphasizing strengthening postures, hip openers, balancing poses, core work, and spinal integrity. She offers frequent reminders that yoga is meant to link the mind, body, and soul together, not merely to be a good workout. During each pose, Kim’s words of encouragement, options, and detailed, easy-to-follow instructions never distract from the moment. If you are already a fan of Kim's intense but compassionate style, you will find each class new and different as well as rewarding, particularly if you are looking for a more challenging physical experience.

Kim’s goal as a teacher is to challenge you to let go of using your external strength and instead focus on breathing and the flow of movement to find your true power, which is in your spirit.
