Kim wants all types of people to experience yoga, not just the incredibly flexible and fit. The practioners in the DVDs are students that come to her classes regularly; they are of varying ages and ability level. They are real people that are being filmed in a live class format; nothing is "prettied" up for the camera. So the person practicing at home can relate to the people on the screen and feel like they are part of a real class and don't need to feel intimidated.
Audio downloads are for a ONE time only dowload per purchase. Once they are downloaded they can be played unlimited. If you stop the download before it finishes you can not try it again later it will be blocked.
