Yoga is not about becoming flexible or twisting your body in contorting ways, as hard as that may be to believe. The asanas (postures) were created to heal or maintain health & vitality by creating a little space & length in the body. They release tension, create joint stimulation, re-oxygenate the body and release toxins.”
